IN STORE PURCHASES
All sales are final; However, this is on a case by case basis depending on the item. Our goal is to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase and to secure your future business.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase feel free to return it for any reason within 7 days for a full refund.

You do not have to contact us for a return authorization number. All we ask is that you do not remove the Authenticity Seal (if used) attached to your item and that you return the item in the condition you received it. We also ask that all original papers and boxes are returned.
How do I return an item?
Follow these simple steps:
1. Contact us and let us know why you are returning the item.
2. Package your return. Package the return items securely, preferably using the original shipping box. Be sure to include all original packaging and enclosed materials including invoice, authenticity cards, and dustbags.
3. Ship it to us. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping expense. It doesn’t matter which carrier you choose to use however we are not responsible for packages lost in transit so make sure to insure it for the full value. Our return address is:
Your return will be processed within 3-5 business days. You will be issued a refund for the original sales price and any taxes in the same form as the original payment method. Please note that this credit will not include any original shipping charges.
